Shellby is provided by Tadoris LLC ("we"), a Wyoming limited liability company. By using Shellby you agree to these terms.

What Shellby is

Shellby is a personal tracking and journaling app for people using GLP-1 medications. It helps you log doses, notes, meals and progress. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Your responsibility

• Follow the instructions of your prescriber and pharmacist for every medication decision.
• Do not use Shellby to decide whether, when or how much medication to take.
• In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Free and Pro

The core tracker is free. Shellby Pro is optional.

• Yearly plan: includes a free trial when shown at purchase. You are charged the displayed price when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Lifetime plan: a one-time purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings, or from Settings in Shellby.
• Free features remain free.

Your data

You own what you enter. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt our services, or use the AI photo feature to send content you have no right to share.

Estimates

Nutrition estimates from photos and the medication level chart are educational approximations. They can be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical decisions.

Warranty and liability

Shellby is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
